Our friendly and experienced Peers through Sport workers are here to get you linked into a more active lifestyle.
They can support you to participate in a sport or physical activity that you enjoy.

There are no costs associated with participating in Peers through Sport activities. It’s free!
Our activities include (but are not limited to):
- personal training/gym work
- rock climbing
- beach games/fitness
- AFL football
- basketball, soccer
- and more!
We can link you a small group activities or tailor a program just for you.
Our program is about building confidence and inclusion through sport and physical activity. No fancy workout clothes or equipment needed.
Peers through Sport welcomes referrals from people connected to a range of selected local organisations.
We are targeting women and men who are connected to:
- crisis accommodation services
- services for migrants and refugees
- services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
